EnerBlock has founded BITEX 66 Power Corporation, and its subsidiary BITEX 66 Oil & Gas, LLC, as the foundational investment vehicle to execute the Eb3 proprietary investment strategy, and plans to initially capitalize the venture company with a $2m Seed Round private stock offering, and a subsequent $10m Series A Round private stock offering.
Block 2: Eb3 Digital Energy Direct Participation Programs
EnerBlock sponsors a continued series of direct participation partnerships that will provide non-dilutive capital augmentation to the BITEX 66 Corporation in-between equity financings, while expanding Block 1 investment objectives to include immediate flow-through benefits like significant immediate tax deductions and production distributions akin to traditional oil and gas partnerships.
EnerBlock principals will serve as the interim executive and technical team for the BITEX 66 Power Corporation, leveraging many decades of specialized experience in private capital markets, oil and gas exploration & production, power generation, and large scale Bitcoin compute operations.
